Dal 22 al 25 settembre 2026, l’Accademia Nautica dell’Adriatico ha partecipato ad Atene alla riunione di avvio del progetto europeo CoVE SShaRP – Centres of Vocational Excellence for Safe, Secure, and Resilient Ports, ospitata presso la sede della University of West Attica.
Il progetto rientra nel programma ERASMUS-EDU-2025-PEX-COVE ed è dedicato allo sviluppo dei Centres of Vocational Excellence, realtà che mettono in rete formazione professionale, imprese e istituzioni con l’obiettivo di rafforzare competenze, innovazione e cooperazione a livello europeo.
CoVE SShaRP concentra la propria attenzione in particolare sul futuro dei porti sicuri, protetti e resilienti, lavorando sullo sviluppo di competenze professionali in grado di rispondere alle trasformazioni che interessano il settore portuale e marittimo: dalla sicurezza alla capacità di affrontare nuove esigenze operative e organizzative.
L’Accademia Nautica dell’Adriatico partecipa al progetto in qualità di partner e sarà coinvolta nel work package dedicato a Work Based Learning, Professional Development & Mobility, contribuendo quindi alle attività di apprendimento basato sull’esperienza operativa, sviluppo professionale e mobilità.
Un ambito particolarmente coerente con il modello formativo dell’Accademia, fondato sul rapporto diretto con le imprese e sull’integrazione tra formazione, attività pratica ed esperienza sul campo. La partecipazione a CoVE SShaRP permetterà inoltre di rafforzare il confronto con partner europei e di condividere metodologie e buone pratiche nella formazione delle professionalità legate ai settori marittimo e portuale.
L’incontro di Atene ha rappresentato il primo momento operativo del progetto e l’occasione per definire attività, obiettivi e modalità di collaborazione tra i partner coinvolti, dando ufficialmente avvio al percorso di CoVE SShaRP.
From 22 to 25 September 2026, Accademia Nautica dell’Adriatico took part in Athens in the kickoff meeting of the European project CoVE SShaRP – Centres of Vocational Excellence for Safe, Secure, and Resilient Ports, hosted at the University of West Attica.
The project is part of the ERASMUS-EDU-2025-PEX-COVE programme and focuses on the development of Centres of Vocational Excellence, bringing together vocational education and training providers, companies and institutions with the aim of strengthening skills, innovation and cooperation at European level.
CoVE SShaRP focuses in particular on the future of safe, secure and resilient ports, supporting the development of professional skills capable of responding to the changes affecting the port and maritime sectors, from safety and security to new operational and organisational challenges.
Accademia Nautica dell’Adriatico is participating in the project as a partner and will contribute to the work package dedicated to Work Based Learning, Professional Development & Mobility, with a particular focus on learning through practical experience, professional development and mobility opportunities.
This area is closely aligned with the Academy’s educational model, which is based on strong cooperation with companies and on the integration of classroom learning, practical training and direct experience in the workplace. Participation in CoVE SShaRP will also provide an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with European partners and to exchange methodologies and best practices in the training of professionals for the maritime and port sectors.
The meeting in Athens marked the first operational stage of the project and provided an opportunity for the partners to define activities, objectives and methods of cooperation, officially launching the CoVE SShaRP project.
